Saracen Proper Stout
ABV 4.5% - IBU = 22
Our ‘Proper Stout’, brewed with oats to produce a beautifully smooth beer with a dark ruby glow with hints of coffee and milk chocolate.
Available October to April in bottles, cask and takeaway 5,10 & 20 litres.

Gold Spice Winter Gold
ABV 4.6% - IBU = 21
This modern winter beer has a fresh floral aroma leaving a crisp hoppy aftertaste. Ginger and cinnamon are added during the boil to give a delicate winter warming quality to the beer. Gold Spice is made with Cascade, Celeia & Fuggles hops; Maris Otter, Crystal, Vienna & Wheat.

Talisman Strong Premium Ale

Sweet, smooth and malty, Talisman is perfect on a dark winters’ night. Made with Challenger hops; Maris Otter, Munich & Chocolate malt.

This vibrant pale ale has a spicy grapefruit bitterness followed by a fresh lime flavour and tropical aroma coming from our blended New World hops. Quench is made with Motueka, Cascade & Centennial hops; Maris Otter & Wheat.

A traditional amber ale with a fine malt body, prominent bitterness and delicate hop character achieved by using only English hops. Excalibur is made with Challenger & Northern Brewer hops; Maris Otter, Crystal & Chocolate malt.
